Ok here it goes I am new here I use the Registered Nick "casper1969" I have logged in been able to view codes and download files However when I am logged in it won't allow me to post,reply, start thread or anything on the bbs system. Aughh getting frustrated. Was there an email I was suppose to reply to? is there someone I need to email to get permisions? Basicly what am I doing wrong? this is the message it keeps giving me when I try to do anything.

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Please respond I have looked all over and have not found an answer to my problem I can't even find the email of an administrator or moderator to get help.
